Shipping and Dispatch

When you add an item to the cart, shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of package weight and mode of shipping chosen by you. Orders received before Noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Our delivery partners include names like DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT.  Though no orders are delivered on Sundays we make sure that you receive your orders at the earliest.

Domestic Shipping in India

For shipping to destinations within India, we primarily work with Bluedart and DHL. We use FedEx, or EMS for Out of Delivery Areas (ODA). Usually, all our domestic orders are received by our customers within a 5 working day period.

- FREE Shipping is applicable for all orders within India.

- Only for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders an extra charge of Rs. 45 is applicable.

International Shipping

For global shipping, our primary partners are DHL, FedEx, EMS, and Air Mail, facilitating deliveries worldwide. Express service (DHL/FedEx) typically requires 7-10 working days for delivery, EMS Speed Post usually takes 10-12 working days, while Air Mail shipments may take up to 15 days to arrive.

Shipping costs are based on actual expenses. In cases where additional charges arise due to alterations in couriers or international fees, we will notify you via email or phone. Prices may fluctuate depending on the destination country and volumetric weight. However, our system largely computes prices automatically and presents them accordingly.

Specific Cases to Note

It has been notified that the Customs Department in some countries - Qatar, Italy, Spain, Costa-Rica, Czech Republic, Isreal and Germany have begun charging an additional amount (around 5% extra) as a Custom Clearance fee. We at Buddha Natural work with the customs clearance departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer. However, this is not the case with other countries across the globe.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@buddhanatural.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable Items

Certain types of items including our products cannot be returned, because they are perishable goods or personal goods. We also don't accept returns of custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges and Refunds

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In case of refunds, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
