Refund policy

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To address any issues, contact our support team at support@buddhanatural.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this period, our delivery partners are unable to accommodate requests for exchanges or corrections due to wrong deliveries.

As per Government regulations applicable to all essential and personal care categories, orders already in transit cannot be cancelled. Please ensure cancellation requests are sent to support@buddhanatural.com before the order is custom-prepared and dispatched from Buddha Natural's end.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items/ Non Refundable

Some of our items cannot be returned (or refunded), because they are perishable and personal beauty items. We also don't accept returns of custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. However, we do accept exchanges for our items if they are requested for an exchange within the offer period (2 days). Please do check our exchange policy below.

Refund Policy for Unaccepted Prepaid Orders

In the event a prepaid order is dispatched and subsequently not accepted by the customer at the time of delivery, the following terms shall apply:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds shall be processed only after the undelivered goods are received in their original condition at the dispatch-origin warehouse.
  • Condition of Goods: The products must be returned unused, unopened, and in a saleable condition. Any tampering, damage, or usage may result in a partial or no refund at the company’s discretion.
  • Verification: Upon receipt of the returned goods, a quality check will be conducted. Only after the successful completion of this check will the refund be initiated.
  • Deduction of Transit Charges: The refund amount shall be subject to deduction of actual two-way shipping/transit costs incurred by the company. This includes the cost of initial dispatch and return logistics. Usually the amount varies from Rs. 350 to Rs. 600 per order.
  • Timelines: The refund, after applicable deductions, will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods at the warehouse.
  • Non-Refundable Situations: If the returned goods are not received within a reasonable timeframe, or are received in damaged or unsellable condition, the company reserves the right to deny the refund.
  • Proof of Non-Acceptance: Logistic partner’s delivery logs or status updates shall be treated as conclusive proof of delivery attempts and non-acceptance.

Exchange Requests 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@buddhanatural.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return address (based on your nearest location), as well as instructions to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@buddhanatural.com

Please keep the below steps in mind for the exchange:

  • You need to send 4 pictures of the pack (from all sides) and a short video of the packet in the mail to support@buddhanatural.com, for our quality team to inspect and grant you the exchange approval.
  • Please do let us know in the email, which product you would need in replacement. Please note that the newly selected product should be of at least the same value as the previous one. Any additional difference will be paid by you before dispatching of new product.
  • Only dispatch the existing pack once you have received a confirmation mail from our side for the exchange approval.
  • Do send the pack through Indian Post to the address provided by the Buddha Natural team in the mail. This should cost you no more than Rs. 50. (estimated as of 1st January 2023). Please try using the same box for exchange - the one you received the pack in, initially.
  • There will be an extra charge of Rs. 150 for the courier cost of new product, which will come as Cash On Delivery charge to you, with the new dispatch order.
  • Once we receive your parcel of existing product, it will go for the quality check. Once the product is passed by a quality check to ascertain the packet condition, we will dispatch your new order.

Example cost for an exchange:

Say you had ordered for a product of value - Rs. 419. Since you are going for a replacement, Rs. 150 is the charge which we will have to bear to send you the new product via courier. Your new product should be of at least Rs. 419 value. Your net pay, in that case, will be Rs 569 (Rs. 150 + New product Value of Rs. 419)
